1. Respect and Inclusion
Every individual deserves to be heard and treated with dignity. We aim to create spaces where participants can express themselves without fear of ridicule, discrimination or unnecessary judgement.
A space built on understanding, respect and trust
At iMind Club, we believe emotional wellbeing begins with feeling safe, respected and understood.
We aim to create a welcoming, inclusive and non-judgmental environment where children, teenagers, parents and adults can learn about emotions, develop life skills and build healthier relationships.
Trust is an important part of this journey. We are committed to being transparent about our programmes, respecting individual dignity and privacy, and maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
Seven core principles guiding how we protect, support, and respect every participant.
Every individual deserves to be heard and treated with dignity. We aim to create spaces where participants can express themselves without fear of ridicule, discrimination or unnecessary judgement.
Our activities and learning materials are designed with the intended age group in mind. Programmes for children and teenagers use age-appropriate language, activities and facilitation methods.
We aim to communicate the qualifications, certifications, experience and professional roles of our facilitators accurately. Our services and programmes are delivered within the scope of each facilitator’s training and competence.
We respect the privacy of participants and handle personal information responsibly. Information is collected only for stated purposes and is managed in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable law. We explain the limits of confidentiality wherever relevant, particularly when a safety concern or legal obligation requires appropriate action.
Children and teenagers deserve particular care and protection. We aim to maintain clear boundaries, appropriate adult involvement, respectful communication and suitable safeguarding procedures in our child- and teen-focused programmes.
Before registration, participants and parents or guardians should be able to understand the programme’s purpose, age group, format, duration, fees, participation requirements and the role of the facilitator.
iMind Club provides emotional wellbeing education, psychoeducation, workshops and life-skills programmes. These services do not automatically constitute psychological assessment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care or emergency support. Any counselling or other professional service will be offered only where appropriately qualified, within the relevant professional scope and with suitable safeguards.
Participation should be respectful and appropriate to the individual. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, communicate concerns and seek clarification before or during a programme.
For activities involving personal reflection or sharing, we aim to avoid pressuring participants to disclose private experiences. Parents and guardians can contact us to understand the safeguards relevant to a child's participation.
If you have a concern about a programme, facilitator, participant interaction, privacy or safety, please contact us through our official contact channels.
We will review concerns respectfully and take appropriate action within our role and responsibilities. Where a concern involves immediate danger or requires specialist intervention, we may recommend contacting the relevant emergency or professional support service.
“At iMind Club, trust is not just a promise. It is a responsibility we aim to uphold through our actions, boundaries and commitment to wellbeing.”
